The better the world trades, the better society is.Our Mission is to enable seamless sustainable trade for everyone by removing barriers and facilitating collaboration.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, product-based software implementation projects from inception to completion.This is a hands-on role that requires strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail, with direct involvement in all project stages, from requirement gathering and scoping to delivery, go-live, and post-implementation support.The Senior Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, business analysts, product managers, QA, support, and client-facing stakeholders, to ensure timely, high-quality project execution across multiple projects in parallel.Ubicación: Santiago, ChileRoles and ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end delivery of multiple software implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution from initiation through delivery, go-live, and post-implementation support.Work closely with internal teams, including developers, QA, product, support, and business analysts, as well as external client stakeholders, to define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.Translate business and technical requirements into clear, structured, and actionable project plans that support successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.Ensure on-time project delivery by managing dependencies, tracking progress, identifying risks, escalating issues when needed, and proactively resolving project bottlenecks.Facilitate project routines and delivery ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, milestone reviews, and regular project status meetings.Monitor project KPIs, budget adherence, delivery progress, and quality benchmarks throughout the project lifecycle.Provide ongoing communication, updates, and reporting to internal leadership, project teams, and client stakeholders.Ensure project execution is aligned with internal governance frameworks, delivery standards, and relevant industry requirements.Drive alignment, accountability, and collaboration across cross-functional and multicultural teams in a multi-project environment.Lead a team of developers, business analysts and TL. Responsible for their performance reviews, growth and retention.RequirementsKnowledge and ExperienceExperience in project management within the software or IT industry, preferably in a product-based software Empresa working with financial institutions, enterprise clients, or large-scale corporate customers.Proven track record managing multiple parallel projects, including full lifecycle implementation of complex software systems.Solid experience working with or delivering solutions to banks, corporates, financial institutions, or financial service providers.Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, QA engineers, product managers, support teams, and client-facing stakeholders.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, conflict management, and prioritization capabilities.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and manage complex delivery environments with a high level of ownership and accountability.AdvantagesExperience managing software implementation projects for banks or financial institutions.Experience working in the trade finance, transaction banking, fintech, or enterprise banking software domain.Experience working in a global, multicultural, and matrixed organization.Experience managing projects involving both internal product teams and external enterprise clients.Experience with governance, compliance, or regulated delivery environments.SkillsAbility to perform effectively in a global Empresa and in a multicultural environment.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.Proactive, self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivery excellence.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders.Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow through on commitments.Proficient in spoken and written English.
