Puesto Summary
As a Named Account Executive , you will own a defined book of prospects and a few customers in the Commercial Business Unit (CBU), responsible for building long‑term relationships, aligning Salesforce’s value proPuesto to customer business objectives, and driving sustained growth.
Responsibilities
- Prime Named Account Executive responsible for driving the high growth of CORE products within a set of named LATAM CBU accounts, exceeding sales objectives. Handles all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, lead management, qualification, product demonstrations, evaluation, closing and customer retention.
- Define and implement account sales plans and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within the assigned geographic territory.
- Develop and lead sales pipeline – prospect and assess new sales potential while moving a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline, run and supervise customer and transactional information in a CRM system.
- Coordinate sources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering.
- Provide initial product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers; nurture and expand the Empresa’s relationship within customer accounts.
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system.
- Stay ahead of competition, drive issues and products.
- Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
- Participate in team‑building and Empresa‑growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care; travel to customer Ubicacións in support of sales efforts.
Qualifications
- Performer: 7+ years sales and/or lead qualification experience (including outbound prospecting).
- Versatile: Proficient in both English and Spanish is required; ability to communicate at a business level, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding Salesperson: Desire to bring new customers into the CRM franchise and increase revenue; consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory.
- Energy and Passion: Experience with building, developing and growing channel life cycles.
- Technically Savvy: Experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence preferred.
