About This Job We are looking for a Sr. Tax Specialist to support our GlobalTax Team. For this candidate to be successful, they must have a good understanding of accounting and tax, be highly self-motivated and directed, committed to solving problems efficiently, and interested in being part of an organization committed to continuous growth and improvement. Essential Job Functions Prepare and file income tax returns, federal and state, for corporations and partnerships Analyze and and reconcile tax accounts Prepare and file non-income tax returns (property tax filings, withholding tax filings, FBARs etc) Research regulatory changes & updates as applicable to business transactions Follow filing procedures and internal controls Assist with other Tax department responsibilities & projects Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing program performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process optimizations.
